Tolia, is short for Anatolia, which is a region located in the Middle East. It would currently occupy a large part of Turkey, but at some point in history it also acupied the surrounding now countries. With this restaurant we want to introduce this cuisine to RI, honor the rich history and heritage and grow with it.
At the heart of Tolia is Chef Alp Gumuscu + Chef Tarci-Lee Galarza and the word Merak. This is a Turkish word that embodies the spirit of their craft. Merak means to do something with passion, absolute devotion, and undivided attention—values that guide every aspect of our work; crafting a space where every plate tells a story, and every meal is a celebration of culture, passion, and community.

Validated Pricing Rates:
- 11:25AM -2:45PM: $5 for 1 hour. $1 for every 30 minutes after that.
- 2:45PM-CLOSE: $8 for up to 2 hours. $4 for every 30 minutes after that.
*To-go pickup: 20 min grace period in both lots.
Bonus: free street parking on Sundays.
